Lead by 2 partners, Ar. Quah Eng Thiam and Ar. Tang Wei Tee, IA Architect Sdn. Bhd. is supported by a team of qualified professional, technical and administrative staff. Ar. Quah Eng Thiam

Obtained his first degree, Bachelor of Science in Housing, Building & Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1998 and subsequently obtained his Bachelor of Architecture in 1999.

Ar. Quah Eng Thiam has many years of experience in the field of architecture. He has successfully handled many large scale and complex building projects from design and documentation stages up to the implementation and completion of the projects.

Ar. Quah believes that in addition to satisfying the client needs, he also recognizes the needs to provide a unique, quality and functional built environment to its user.

Ar. Tang Wei Tee

B.Arch.(USM), M.Sc.Arch.(USM), APAM

Since receiving his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1999, he has focused on researches pertaining to thermal comfort design in dwellings. In 2005, He was conferred with Master of Architecture Degree, specializing in "Thermal comfort studies in low-cost terrace housing." His research papers on thermal comfort studies in low-cost housing has been published in International Conference on Sustainable Housing (ICSH2006) organized by Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2006.

In the professional context, Ar. Tang Wei Tee has vast experience in architectural field and has been involved in gated community developments as well as commercial projects.

Ar. Tang develops his unique method of defining architecture as exclusive beauty of art combined with rigours of building technology. He is well-known as an architect who is creative yet pragmatic, experimental and sensible.
